ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
- Digital products or downloadable items

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email us at trenovatek@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 2 business days.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
